I started my career as a document controller, became an engineer, and spent two decades in engineering and construction. Along the way I served as President of a major operations division at Worley, leading more than 6,000 people and bringing global teams together through mergers and big changes.
In 2022 I founded Honeycomb Anthems to help leaders and their people grow through the moments that shape a career and a company. Today I coach senior and C-suite leaders and their teams, and I run programs for early- to mid-career professionals on their way up, the next generation of leaders.
Senior executives and industry leaders have mentored me throughout my career, including John C. Maxwell himself. I bring a lot of energy to this work, along with careful listening and a good question at the right time.
